Has anyone thought about what they are doing with their angels clothes? I have made a pillow out of one of Joseph's shirts. I would love a quilt but I can't seem to want to cut anything up. How about you?

Dessa I go thru this everyday I just can’t touch them yet and its 26 months for me. I want to have a quilt made but I’m like you how can I cut them up-not ready. I keep saying someday when I’m ready I have the name and the address for a women to do it, Then I think maybe I will take lesson and have my family help me and it would be a rare treasure. I guess everything just comes in time. My Jimmy pants and boxes are still sitting right where he left them on Sunday night. I will never understand why our handsome and beautiful son where taken away from us so young. They had so much to do yet. I pray everyday that they are in a better place. Have a day filled with beautiful memories of Joseph. Peace & Love Diane (Jimmy’s Mom Forever)

Hi Dessa and Diane. I have 2 outfits of clothing belonging to nicky. i keep them in my wardrobe. I will never get rid of them. They will always remind me of my son also his trainers mobile phones and a wallet. they are too special to ever part from me. Like yourselves i wonder every day why our boys left. All i can say is they were wanted badley for up above for special reason's. They were called for a higher plan, i will never stop wishing for my son to come back but i know he and all our Angels are in a better place waiting for our reunion . I would not be able to make a blanket etc.. out of the clothing as it would not be the same for me. wishing you both a good weekend with lovely memories of your boy's.hugs from angela x

Dear Dessa, Dianne and Angela, Our James passed over in South Africa. Whilst he was in hospital, my husband and son went and collected all his belongings from where he was sharing a house with his buddies. I washed everything, ready for when he came out of hospital. James passed over at 3.25am and at around 11pm the same day, we had to go through all his things, as we were flying back home the following day. We were restricted on what to keep, because of the cost of having it shipped back here. I remember my husband getting bin bags and I threw all of his shoes and most of his clothes in, knowing that he didn't need them. I kept a couple of things, like his England football shirt, his SA rugby shirt and a few others. The rest I asked my friend to take to charity. I kept all his personal things, cellphone, wallet etc., and his artwork and letters. The only item I have that didn't get washed and still has his smell on, is the England football shirt, which is rolled up in my bottom bedside drawer. I remember keeping his toothbrush and used it myself for months afterwards and have it in my washbag now. So, we had to sort all the things out straight away. Games etc., we took to our friend and also his bedding. At the time it didn't matter, as they were no longer needed and I suppose it helped in a way, as I didn't have to think about sorting them out at a later date. We were so tired and had a 12 hour flight the next day and a 6hr wait at Paris airport for our connecting flt to UK. I'm sure James was laughing at me using his toothbrush though, as he was very particular! Love and Blessings Denise xxx
