YEARBOOK UPDATE
The Angel Families Yearbook is coming along great and it
looks like we are ahead of schedule. It should be ready to
send to the publisher in 2 weeks, if not sooner!!
So if you want your loved one to be included please take
time to fill out the form at this link

if you haven't already. Please do not make a double
submission.
Photos that are on the Memorial website Pages on Angel
Families will be used unless you send a different photo in
or if you do not send it in on time.
Once you have completed the initial form you will receive a
confirmation email indicating that your info was received.
If you would like your Angel featured on our Special Pages,
you will need to fill out another form at Yearbook Extras.
This is a new form which has just been posted on Angel
Families

This will allow you to choose 2 pages that you would like
to have your Angel featured on.
In addition to these areas of interest, we will be
acknowledging the specific causes of death for those who
wish to be included......that form will be sent out after
we receive this info.
The response has been unbelievable to the yearbook! We are
all excited for this to be completed.
Please follow the directions on the form for emailing
photos for the special sections.
