WE NEED YOUR HELP

If you have wanted to become more involved with Angel
Families Online Support Group and didn't know where you fit
in, please take a moment to look at the various needs we
have outlined.

You do not have to be a Computer whiz to play a vital role
in reaching out to other grieving individuals and families.

We have received the names of several interested
individuals who would like to help in many of the areas
described here. Thank you for your offer to Volunteer! We
will be contacting you shortly with all of the details for
the duties you have shown an interest in.

We are dividing the Membership into Care Groups with a
Coordinator for each group who would be responsible for
emailing each of the people in the group from the Angel's
website.
Other responsibilities would be to
* make up a current email list for the group
* light candles regularly
* Host chats for their group
* meet regularly with the Co-leaders by phone and email or
chat room
* Bring any needs, prayer requests, concerns or
suggestions from their group to
our attention

Additionally, we will be looking for specific people one or
two for each area to direct the following

The Discussion Board
Duties include monitoring the Board, starting new
discussions regularly, and deleting old discussions

Prayer Room
Our idea is to have a Person direct an "online prayer room"
where people are free to go at any time and ask for prayer
This Director would be responsible for
* starting a Prayer Chain by email
* for making sure that the people asking for prayer are
contacted personally by phone or email by our Angel
Family Volunteers and prayer is offered
* Providing follow up and Praise Reports for answered
prayer

Graphic Director
This person does not necessarily have to make graphics but
would Coordinate the following
* Solicit graphic designers to offer graphics of their
choice to grieving Families for their websites.
* To support the designers so that they do not become
"burned out" or over stressed
* Check for overlooked graphic requests
* Offering graphic help to some that might not be
comfortable asking
* General Organization of the process of offering graphics

Music & Website Help Director

Again this person would not be required to fix websites etc
but would be responsible for
soliciting Volunteers with the ability to help others with
the design of their websites
Offering start up help to new members
General Organization of the process of helping people with
Websites

CRISIS

A Crisis Director with experience in counseling depressed
individuals needed to organize a way to direct people to
professionals who can help/ we can set up a help line
with all the info needed to talk to or get person the help
they may need

Solicit & Provide a list of volunteers willing to help in
this area

HOSTS for Angel Family Meetings

This person would be responsible to the Co-Leaders but
would be responsible for assisting us in organizing a
Meeting in their Local.

Daily Inspirations

A person is needed to Maintain a new "Daily Inspirations"
page on our website
This person would be responsible for posting a Daily
poem
scripture
thought
graphic
smile maker
Something that our Angel Families would look forward to
seeing each day
