VOLUNTEER UPDATE

Dear Angel Families,

Here is a current update on all that is happening on Angel
Families

Volunteers

Our sincere thanks go to all who have come forward and
offered to volunteer time in helping us on Angel Families.
We still need some people who are interested in being
Coordinators of Care Groups.
We are dividing our Membership into several groups of 20-25
Angels and their Families. Each Care Group will have their
own Coordinator who will be responsible for updated email
addresses for our mailing list, checking that the Angel is
correctly represented on Angel Families Website, that the
Birthdays and Angel Dates are correct on our Calendars and
that the families wish to remain active members.
Additionally, the Care Group Coordinators will light
candles regularly for their group and will encourage the
same from the individuals in the group.
It will also be the responsibility of the Care Group
coordinator to Host Chats regularly for their group or
solicit someone from their group to host.
The Coordinators will meet with the Co-leaders and
Directors of various departments regularly and bring to
their attention any needs, suggestions, questions or
concerns.

It is our hope that in this way, we will be able to
effectively reach out to every Member of our Support Group
and that no one will be left in the shuffle. We don’t want
anyone to feel like they have been overlooked.

We still need help in this area so if you feel you would
like to help in this Capacity……please let us know as soon
as possible.

NEW DAILY INSPIRATIONS DEPARTMENT

This new section of Angel Families is being Directed by
Sherry Kimbler (Mom to Angel Nicholas Floriana) and
Marguerite Ward (Mom to Angel Brandi Ward).
We are very excited about this addition to our support
Group! Diane Brozzetti actually suggested the idea to us
awhile ago. She said it would give her comfort to go to one
of her favorite websites where they had Daily thoughts,
Scriptures and Readings.

Marguerite & Sherry have taken that idea and kicked it up a
“notch”. They will be providing us with Daily & Weekly
life enrichments which include Daily Thoughts &
Readings….Book Reviews…..Poetry….Recipes….
Crafts….and even a section on ideas for memorializing our
loved ones and of course, we will have our Smilemakers.
These wonderful ladies will be soliciting some ideas from
you. Please support their efforts and participate if you
can. It will give us one non stressful thing to look
forward to every day!

We are also working on our Crisis Department…….people who
can help others that are feeling unable to cope….we have
all been there…and unfortunately most of us fluctuate back
and forth from that state of mind on a regular basis. We
are in the process of talking to potential Directors of
this section now. Once a plan is put into motion, we will
give you all the details.

We still need people to organize the Graphic and Website
Help Departments…….we also need people to make graphics and
offer their skills for web help.
We are falling behind in this area because it is just too
big a job for us….we need lots of help here. Someone fresh
and full of enthusiasm to put a “fire” in our belly and
encourage a desire to create!!!

If that person is you…..we won’t know that unless you
contact us and let us know.

If you are thinking that you want to Volunteer…..please
look over the list of jobs that we have sent you or let us
know what you would be most comfortable doing.

We have had so many extremely kind offers from people who
tell us they will do anything we need them to do.
However, we would like YOU to tell us what would best suit
you….we don’t want to put anyone in a position that they
are uncomfortable with. We all have different talents...if
we put those talents to their “best” use…we will nurture a
dynamic and effective Support Group!!!

Still needed and very important is a Prayer Director…….

Think about these things and let us know if there is
anything that “pops” out at you.

Watch for new developments on our “Organization”. We will
keep you updated regularly of our improving growth!
